That's the girl who mistook me for Isaac, remember?

Boy, she sure lucked out that the guy she mistook for Isaac happened to know him anyway.
And they even promised to give him that Golden Ring from me. How kind.

And we all know who Isaac ends up with in Dark Dawn, anyway...

Well, anyway, let's explain the Feizhi event.

The Feizhi event requires you to have saved Hsu at Alpine Crossing when he's been trapped by boulders.

If you do this and transfer data, a cutscene will trigger upon entering Champa. Feizhi will turn up and mistake you for Isaac. Kraden teases her over having a crush on Isaac, and she ends up giving Felix the Golden Ring, which is a good luck charm for Isaac.
